First opened in Paris on 1882, Grévin Museum now open its fourth Museum in Seoul. It exhibits life-sized wax figures of famous persons such as president, politician, king, athlete, celebrity, and many others. Last week I visited Grévin Museum Seoul. I’ll show you what’s inside the museum and who you can meet here!
My journey started with greetings from famous Korean actors like Bae Young Joon (Winter Sonata), Kwon Sang Woo, Jang Dong Gun, and Ahn Jae Wook. 😛

In the next room, there are Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan with their martial art pose.

And then characters from Hollywood movies.

King and scholars.

Here’s a room with Steve Jobs and Einstein!

I like how they put the figures in a themed room. There are set of luxurious Asiana Airlines plane for Queen Elizabeth II, Chinese President Xi Jinping, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, and US President Obama. Leonardo di Caprio character in Catch Me If You Can makes an appearance as the pilot.
There’s a room filled with athletes like Korean beloved figure skater Kim Yuna, swimmer Park Taehwan, footballer Park Jisung, Christiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Chan Ho Park, Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, and Korean female golfer Pak Seri. There’s also Guus Hiddink who led the Korean team into the quarterfinals in the 2002 World Cup.
Next, meet Marilyn Monroe, Andy Warhol, van Gogh, and Picasso.

Get ready for the party, meet Paris Hilton, Audrey Hepburn, Go So Young, Kim Tae Hee, Lady Di, on their make up and dressing room!
Now, it’s time to party! Meet all the famous stars in one hall! Tom Cruise, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Angelina Jolie, PSY, G-Dragon, Rain, Choi Jiwoo, and many more!

Meet John Lennon, Pavarotti, and Jo Sumi (a famous Soprano from Korea) at work!
Save the best for the last, now you can meet your favorite Hallyu stars. You can meet Hyunbin, Lee Minho, Kim Soohyun, Jang Geunsuk, and Park Shinhye in a room. You can take photos with them, as much as you want. Haha. Don’t miss the chance. I often hear people asking “Where can I meet my favorite Korean actors?” You get the answer now, this is the place! 😛

And sorry for this edit… Hahaha

There are some interactive machine that you can use by scanning the barcode on your ticket such as quiz with Steve Jobs as the lecturer, Hollywood Makeup Style, plane simulator, casino with Brad Pitt, and Andy Warhol style photo booth. I really like it.

I also learnt how the wax figure are made. We take a photo in a machine, then we can see the process of making our wax figure. We then can send the video result to our email.

It was a pleasant visit. I was impressed with what it has. Too bad I went there by myself and was too shy to ask the staff to take the picture for me. So I only took a few picture of myself. Haha. If you’re in Seoul, go to this museum to meet your favorite stars! It’s not far from City Hall or Myeongdong and easy to find.
